Merch Coordinator

Time Commitment: As needed; online orders should be fulfilled within 3 days of purchase

ABOUT THIS ROLE

ACW merch is more than swag — it’s walking advertising, community pride, and a revenue stream that supports the cats we help. The Merch Coordinator keeps our inventory organized, our orders fulfilled, and our merch presence strong at events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and store ACW’s physical merchandise inventory at your location
• Fulfill online orders placed through the ACW website within 3 business days
• Organize and transport merchandise to ACW events, coordinating with the Events Coordinator
• Track inventory levels and flag low stock to the Organization Lead and board
• Submit requests to the board for new or replacement merchandise as needed
• Keep accurate records of what has been sold, what is on hand, and what has been distributed at events

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Organized and reliable — orders need to go out on time
• Comfortable with basic inventory tracking (a spreadsheet is fine)
• Able to store ACW merchandise at your home or workspace
• Comfortable communicating with the board and Events Coordinator as needed
• Access to reliable transportation for event merch delivery

A NOTE FROM ACW

This role requires physical space to store inventory and the ability to ship or hand-deliver orders. It is a logistical role more than a creative one — if you are the kind of person who likes things organized and accounted for, this is your role.
